Are there per-scan or per-verification fees?
No. Every chip includes unlimited verifications for its rated lifespan of 25+ years. The annual platform fee covers all infrastructure — no usage-based surprises.
What's the minimum order?
We work with brands at every scale. Pilot programs can start with as few as 500 chips. Volume pricing improves significantly at 5,000+ and 50,000+ units.
Do I need to buy chips from you?
You can source blank cryptographic NFC chips from any authorized distributor — we handle the programming, key diversification, and configuration during provisioning.
What happens if I outgrow Managed Cloud?
You can migrate to Self-Hosted at any point. We provide the verification SDK, migration tooling, and integration support. Your chips don't need to be re-provisioned.
Is there a long-term contract?
Annual commitments get the best pricing. We also offer flexible terms for pilot programs and seasonal brands. No lock-in — your chips work regardless.
What happens if I stop paying the annual fee?
Your chips continue to generate valid cryptographic signatures — the silicon identity is permanent and independent of our servers. The verification URL, dashboard, and consumer experience require an active platform to resolve. We never disable chips. If you need to transition, we support migration to Self-Hosted or a graceful wind-down.
